ANY decent 0.0 corp/alliance requires PROBABLY CAPITAL RR BS (BS lvl5) ARMOR or SHIELD HAC RECON DICTOR or INTY im not talking 1m sp rifter skills to play about with, im talking proper pvp. lets not mess about here 13-16m SP minimum.
